A Delegation of Scholars and Professors from the Seminary of Qom Visits Imam Sadiq Seminary

As part of an ongoing series of visits by scholars and faculty from the Islamic Seminary, a delegation of distinguished professors visited Imam Sadiq Seminary to observe its activities and academic programs firsthand.

At the outset of the meeting, Sheikh Hassan Izadi, the esteemed Director of Imam Sadiq Academy, provided a brief overview of the institution. He elaborated on the seminary’s mission to leverage modern digital technologies for the instruction, promotion, and international accessibility of the teachings of the Quran and the Ahl al-Bayt (Peace be upon them), while presenting a report on the institution's key achievements and ongoing activities.

Subsequent to the report, the visiting faculty members commended the ongoing initiatives of Imam Sadiq Academy. Underscoring the imperative of utilizing emerging virtual technologies to advance religious education and international outreach, the scholars offered insightful evaluations and recommendations, as highlighted below:

Remarks by Ustadh Sheikh Ali Shahrajabian

Highlighting the profound impact of Ahl al-Bayt (Peace be upon them) teachings on human spiritual fulfillment, Professor Ali Shah-Rajabian remarked:

“The wisdom of the Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) serves as an indispensable guide for human salvation across both worlds. Disseminating these core teachings to the global Muslim community represents a fundamental obligation. This significance is underscored by the historic narration wherein the Holy Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.w.), accompanying Imam Ali (a.s.) on foot as he departed Medina for his mission to Yemen, declared:

‘لَئِنْ يَهْدِيَ اللَّهُ بِكَ رَجُلًا خَيْرٌ لَكَ مِمَّا طَلَعَتْ عَلَيْهِ الشَّمْسُ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ’

‘Indeed, if God guides one individual through your guidance, it holds greater value for you than all that the sun shines upon.’

This academy has embraced this paramount global mission. We pray for their continued success under the blessings and guidance of the Imam of the Age, Imam al-Mahdi (a.f.).

Remarks by Ustadh Hassan Shahrajabian

Citing the famous tradition from Imam Ridha (a.s.) regarding the dissemination of the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.), Ustadh Sheikh Hassan Shahrajabian stated:

“لَوْ عَلِمَ النَّاسُ مَحَاسِنَ كَلَامِنَا لَاتَّبَعُونَا”

He further added:

“By God’s grace, this institution stands as a vital conduit for spreading the sciences of the Quran and the Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.). Honored with the blessed name of the propagator of divine knowledge and truth, Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq (a.s.), this academy is in several respects truly unique. May Allah reward their noble efforts.”

Remarks by Ustadh Hossein Shanazari

Highlighting the paramount importance of seeking religious knowledge and spiritual learning, Professor Hossein Shannazari stated:

“طَلَبُ الْعِلْمِ فَرِيضَةٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ، أَلَا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ بُغَاةَ الْعِلْمِ”

He further noted:

“Facilitating the learning of divine teachings is a matter of vital importance—a domain in which Imam Sadiq Academy has successfully excelled through a highly practical approach.

While creating authentic content is essential, disseminating it through practical, engaging methods tailored to younger generations is equally crucial. May Almighty God grant the dedicated members of this institution ever-increasing success, and may their endeavors merit the pleasure of Vali al-Asr Imam al-Mahdi (a.f.).”

Remarks by Ustadh Dr. Mojtaba Shahrajabian

Underscoring the imperative of employing innovative mediums for religious outreach, ustadh Mojtaba Shahrajabian noted:

“Spreading the message of truth fulfills an explicit directive from the Holy Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.w.), who instructed: ‘فَلْيُبَلِّغِ الْحَاضِرُ الْغَائِبَ’

Because communicating divine teachings to absent audiences is paramount, adopting up-to-date and appropriate avenues is indispensable.

Imam Sadiq Academy serves as a vital bridge in delivering the faith to a global audience via advanced virtual infrastructure. Collaborating with this organization represents a direct fulfillment of the Prophetic decree.
