  • حجیت ظن و تعبد به آن: بررسی امکان تعبد به ظن، دو وجه طریقیت و سببیّت.
  • ظواهر الفاظ: تحلیل حجیت ظواهر، اختلاف قرائت‌ها، و اقوال اخباریین.
  • قول لغوی: ارزیابی حجیت قول لغوی در تعیین مفاهیم عرفی و شرعی.
  • اجماع منقول و نحوه استناد: بررسی ملاک حجیت، حدسی یا حسی بودن نقل و موارد قابل پذیرش.
  • شهرت فتوایی: تحلیل مبانی قائلین به حجیت شهرت و اشکالات وارده بر آن.
  • حجیت خبر واحد: بررسی آیات، روایات، اجماع و سیره عقلاء در پذیرش خبر واحد.
