Biography of Prophet Mohammad (s) - 1

This is the first part of a comprehensive 5-semester course detailing the life, challenges, and legacy of Prophet Mohammad (s). Taught by ustadh Seyed Mohammad Baqer Qazwini and provided by Al-Hujjah Seminary, this course offers a structured, historical look into the early days of Islam.

Series 01 focuses entirely on the foundational years. Across 21 structured sessions, students will follow the historical timeline starting from the Prophet's early life in Mecca up to the pivotal migration to Medina. Rather than simply recounting events, the instructor provides essential context regarding the social, political, and theological environment of the Arabian Peninsula at the time.

The Early Years: An introduction to the lineage of Abdullah and Aminah, the Prophet's childhood, his youth, and his marriage to Khadija.

The Dawn of Revelation: A detailed look at the moment the Prophet received the first revelation, the identity of the earliest Muslims, and the initial, often hostile, reactions of the Quraysh.

Major Trials and Milestones: Exploring significant historical events such as the Ascension (Mi'raj), the early migration to Abyssinia, the social boycott in the Valley of  Abū Ṭālib, and the journey to Ta'if.

The Turning Point: The events leading up to the migration, including the Allegiances of Aqabah, the gradual relocation of early Muslims to Medina, the historic Night of Hijra involving Imam Ali, and the Verse of the Cave.
