Standard Arabic Course (3)

The Modern Standard Arabic 3 course at Imam Sadiq Academy is designed for students who have already acquired a foundational knowledge of Arabic and are ready to further develop their language proficiency. This course builds upon previous levels by expanding vocabulary, strengthening grammatical understanding, and improving reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Through a structured and progressive curriculum, students gain greater confidence in using Modern Standard Arabic in both academic and practical contexts.

The course consists of 27 lessons, covering Lessons 49 through 75 of the widely respected textbook Standard Arabic, authored by Eckehard Schulz, Günther Krahl, and Wolfgang Reuschel. These lessons introduce increasingly sophisticated grammatical structures, sentence patterns, and vocabulary while reinforcing concepts studied in earlier levels. Students engage with authentic language examples that enhance their ability to understand and communicate in contemporary Arabic.

Throughout the course, learners practice reading and analyzing texts, constructing accurate sentences, and applying grammatical rules in meaningful contexts. Special attention is given to language comprehension and expression, enabling students to develop the skills necessary to engage with a wide range of Arabic materials.
