تعریف طلاق
طلاق عبارت است از: زائل کردن قید نکاح، بدون عوض و با صیغه «طالق».

ارکان طلاق
ارکان طلاق، عبارتند از صیغه، مطلِّق، مطلَّقه و إشهاد.
صیغه طلاق:
• لفظ صریح آن، «أنتِ، یا هذه، یا فلانة یا زوجتی طالق» است و الفاظ دیگر کفایت نمی¬کند؛ به دلیل اکتفاء بر موضع نص، اجماع و استصحاب بقاء زوجیّت.
